PRIVACY POLICY
The protection of the privacy of our customers who interact with our website is ensured by scrupulous compliance with current legislation, i.e. EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR). DOM S.r.l. a socio unico (hereinafter "DOM") will process the personal data provided by the Customer online in full compliance with the aforementioned legislation.

In line with the professional ethics that distinguishes all of DOM's activities, the protection of Personal Data is of great importance to us, the User is therefore invited to read the following information.
DEFINITIONS
The GDPR is the reference regulatory source in the European Union on the protection of personal data.
This European Regulation sets out the rules and principles that must be followed by those who collect and process personal data of natural persons residing within the European Union in order to protect them.
Personal Data: a set of information from which it is possible to identify a natural person (e.g. name, surname, address, tax code, etc.).
Treatment: any operation carried out on the personal data of the interested party.
The interested party: the user, natural person, of the Site, residing in the European Union, who provides his/her data (hereinafter the "User").
The Data Controller of personal data collected through the website (hereinafter, the "Site") for Italian visitors is: DOM S.r.l. a sole shareholder with registered office in via Barro, 147/149, 28045 Invorio (NO) – Italy (hereinafter, “DOM” or the “Company”).
The Data Processor of the data provided by the interested party through the website is the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes data on behalf of the owner. It comes into play when the owner decides to delegate part of the treatment to an external subject, but remains devoid of autonomy in the decide how and for what reasons to process the data of the interested parties.
SOURCES AND DATA PROCESSED
DOM only collects data that the user voluntarily provides as well as navigation data. In particular, i
Personal data collected through the Site may be provided by users for the purpose of registering on the Site itself.
For the consultation of the "public" part of the Site (i.e. the one freely accessible by every user), it is not foreseen
any provision of Personal Data by the user.
Navigation data relates to the User's operating system and IT environment, the transmission of which is implicit
in the use of Internet communication protocols. Although this information is not collected to be associated
to identified users, by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties,
allow them to be identified.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

possibly requested by the user.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
All treatments, both automatic and manual, carried out by DOM are related to the purposes described above
paragraph of this information and are compliant with the legislation contained in the GDPR and with the principles enucleated therein.
DOM, as provided for in the Regulation, therefore undertakes to process the data it owns in compliance with the following
principles:
Lawfulness: DOM will process the Personal Data of which it is the Owner in compliance with the rights of each User and within the limits of his consent,
as well as the provisions of this information and in any contracts stipulated with the User;
Minimization: DOM will use the least possible number of Personal Data, i.e. only those that will result
necessary for the treatments and purposes described.
Security: DOM guarantees the application of security measures suitable for the protection of the data collected and processed and for that
of the fundamental freedoms of the Users. In particular, DOM adopts security measures in compliance with the standards
provided for by law. The data is stored on a server made available at the Amazon server farm equipped with
encrypted file system.
Correctness: DOM provides Users with the appropriate tools for verifying the truthfulness and updating of
own Personal Data and possible modification of the same.
Transparency: DOM adopts appropriate measures to provide the User with all the information relating to the treatment and facilitates the exercise of your rights.
Limitation: DOM collects data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, as set out above, and subsequently keeps them for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the aforementioned purposes.
Accuracy: DOM takes all reasonable steps to promptly update, delete or rectify inaccurate data
with respect to the purposes for which they are processed.
Integrity and confidentiality: DOM adopts the best Data management techniques functional to the best usability of the same through the Site, including protection from unauthorized or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Processing relating to commercial purposes may be performed directly by DOM or by third parties, for this purpose
appointed as Data Processors pursuant to the GDPR. In both cases, the processing of the collected data can take place either a by means of analogue systems (e.g. paper) and by means of automated systems (e.g. e-mail).
DOM may share the Personal Data collected through the site with third parties, including its commercial agents
to allow the conclusion of a contract with the User who intends to place an order directly with the Company.
DOM guarantees Users that such data will be used by third parties only for the purposes described.
User data will never be sold by the Company to third parties. DOM acknowledges that the User is the sole owner
of your data and can request its modification or cancellation at any time: see paragraph 8 below.

DOM generally does not transfer personal data to third parties, however it may provide the User's data to third parties for
certain order management and accounting processes. In these cases, in fact, the Company may transmit part of the User's datato third parties responsible for the transport and delivery of the product. In particular, without acquiring prior consent of Users, may transfer the Personal Data provided by them through the Site to the following third parties:

DOM undertakes to ensure that these third parties process the user's Personal Data in full compliance with fundamental rights data subjects and the GDPR.
Furthermore, as part of the internal processing of the Company, they may become aware of the data processed, for the purposes of the performance of their duties, the following natural persons, as managers or persons in charge of the treatment:

Personal data will be provided to the competent authorities only when the Company is required to do so on the basis of the current legislation.
5.1 Group companies
The User is also informed that DOM may transfer his personal data to other companies of the group established in third countries.
In this case, the Company guarantees the User that the data will be made anonymous and in no way attributable to the User.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND DURATION OF TREATMENT
The Company will keep the Users' information in the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for the entire
time required to provide the requested services.
All this said, the Personal Data of Users relating to the conclusion and execution of contracts, payment and
billing, will in any case be kept for a period not exceeding 11 years.
The transfer, storage and processing of User data collected by DOM through the Site are, such as
said, ensured through appropriate technical security measures, including a system of three firewalls, an encryption and
one for encryption. All information that Users provide to DOM through the Site is therefore protected.
User data is collected, stored and stored on a secure, protected and physically located server at a
Amazon web farm with controlled access located in Ireland. Amazon doesn't have access to the server anyway.
USER RIGHTS
Each interested user will have the full faculty at any time to exercise the following rights towards DOM
provided for by the legislation defined in the GDPR:

Right to be forgotten: the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of one's Personal Data processed in violation of the law or in an exuberant manner for the purposes and times envisaged. In certain circumstances provided by the law, such as for example in the event of a legal dispute with the User, reserves the right not to temporarily accept this right.
Right to Limitation: the right to request the limitation of access and treatment to certain subjects and/or certain
mode. Furthermore, the Company does not guarantee the full usability of the Site and the services offered when the limitations are met imposed by the interested party are incompatible with the same.
Right to Portability: the User's right to obtain their Personal Data from the Company in a structured and usable format
shared and to receive a copy of the Personal Data provided and request that they be transmitted to another owner of the
treatment.
Right of Opposition: to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your Personal Data. To oppose the treatment
carried out by DOM in the execution of existing contracts with Users, however, it may be impossible to exercise the
right to object separately to the right to withdraw from the contract.
Right of Revocation: if the treatment is based on the consent of the interested party, he can revoke his consent
at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation. In such an event,
it could happen that the revocation of the consent to the treatment by the interested party is incompatible with
the provision of some services offered by DOM or with some features of the Site.
Right of Complaint: the right to file a complaint against the reference Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of
Personal Data) to report a treatment deemed by the User not compliant with the GDPR legislation.

COOKIES
DOM may resort to the use of temporary cookies on its website (or session cookies, deleted at the end of the
connection) that allow the user to interact with the system. These cookies do not store related information
to users. In the event that the user disables the storage of cookies on his workstation, he will not be able to
take advantage of some features of the site. The company may also make use of a system for detecting access to its own site provided by Google. It resorts to the use of permanent cookies, in order to collect statistical information on
“unique visitors” (different people) of the site. These cookies, defined as "Unique Visitor Cookies", contain a code
alphanumeric that identifies the navigation computers, without however any collection of personal data. The eventual
disabling cookies on your workstation will not affect your interaction with the portal in any way. In each
page of the site there is also a portion of code, aimed at collecting statistical data on the use of the site,
also in this case without any collection of personal data.
