Whistleblowing
at DOM
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, DOM has established a dedicated channel through which individuals can report suspected violations encountered in a work-related context.
Reports may also be submitted anonymously. All reports are handled with the same level of care and confidentiality.

Who can submit a report?
Employees, collaborators, consultants, trainees, suppliers, business partners, shareholders and members of administrative or supervisory bodies.

What can be reported??
Conduct, acts or omissions that may harm the public interest or the integrity of DOM and fall within the scope of Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.

Reports are managed in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements and the legal safeguards provided for whistleblowers.
