Where you could contribute.
CMM Programmer
Program and operate DEA Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS. Perform touch-probe and scanning measurements, evaluate results against drawing requirements, and prepare dimensional inspection reports. Support the inspection and release of first-off parts for production.
CAD-CAM Programmer
Develop part programs for 4-5 axis machining centers from customer drawings and 3D models. Work with Siemens- Heidenhain -Elexa-Mazatrol, using hyperMILL, Creo and CB Ferrari TS35/TS85 software. The role requires experience in CAM programming for 4- and 5-axis milling.
CNC Operator
Set up 3-4-5 and 6 axis machining centers and manage the assigned production batches. Prepare tooling according to setup sheets, monitor machining operations and perform in-process checks using measuring instruments. Read and interpret technical drawings, identify deviations and work with the programming and Quality teams when adjustments are needed.
